Balneotherapy

Sea water or salty water can boost wellness and health: it is anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, it also has a positive effect on the mucous membranes and the immune system.

Sea water is advised in case of articular and muscle rheumatic or degenerative pain, enhances the circulatory system, skin issues and is a great remedy against stress.

It will be possible to access our heated outdoor swimming pool filled with sea water, pumped 200 mt from the shore. The pool is equipped with massaging water jets and a waterblade.

It will be possible to join our sessions:

• 1) Balneotherapy: total wellbeing (or acquawellness)
• 2) Balneotherapy: low-impact gymnastics for joints mobility (or acquagym)
• 3) Balneotherapy: get in shape (or acquafitness)

Access to our balneotherapy sessions is only available upon reservation at our Swimming Pool with Sea Water.
We offer more than just balneotherapy:
As all the treatments, balneotherapy can be paired to other complementary services (hot or cold thermal muds, heliotherapy, massages).
